By installing or using Colored HubSpot (the “extension”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the extension.

What the extension does

The extension changes only the visual appearance of the HubSpot web app inside your browser — accent colours, backgrounds, stage-column tints, and how deal cards are coloured. It does not change, add, or delete any of your HubSpot data, and it does not interact with HubSpot on your behalf.

License

The extension is provided free of charge for your personal and business use. You may not resell it, or decompile, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it except as permitted by applicable law.

No warranty

The extension is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Because it restyles a third-party web app (HubSpot) that can change at any time, parts of the styling may occasionally break until updated. We do not warrant that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every version of HubSpot.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the extension.

Not affiliated with HubSpot

Colored HubSpot is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HubSpot. “HubSpot” is a trademark of HubSpot, Inc., used here only to describe compatibility.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the extension after an update means you accept the revised terms.
